Roofing elements

Roof elements include reinforced concrete solid slabs, hollowcore, single or double-tee prestressed slabs and special I-section prestressed slabs for special projects.

SFI currently produces 20 cm and 35 cm thick hollowcore slabs. These can efficiently span up to 16 m in multi-storey buildings. However, hollowcore 25 cm and 50 cm thick slabs could also be produced based on need and these would allow for a free span of 20 m.

SFI’s hollowcore production beds measure 120 m in length and allow for an average yearly production of 500,000 m².
